What Is a Unique Way to Donate to Missionaries?

You can provide our missionaries with gifts to use for effective ministry.[1]  They allow for present and future generations to experience brighter futures:

• Pair of Goats – This may seem like an odd way to donate to a missionary, but goats provide meat and milk to a family, and their offspring can be sold for a good price. This additional income means more money for food, education and clothing. Suggested gift: $140 per pair.
  

• Outdoor toilets – Over one billion people[2] have no choice but to defecate outdoors. This poses many risks, like water contamination, and threatens the safety of women and children. Private toilets help eliminate waterborne contamination and also protect the dignity of those who use them. Suggested gift: $540.
  

• Bicycle – You can donate a bicycle for a missionary. This mode of transportation saves them time and expense and dramatically increases their ability to minister effectively. Suggested gift: $110
  

• Sewing Machine –One of the income-generating vocational-training classes our missionaries provide is tailoring. A sewing machine can allow a man or woman in poverty to start a productive business and provide for their family. Suggested gift: $100.
  

• Broadcasting – Entire regions can hear the Good News through programming distributed through social media and internet channels. People discover the powerful truths of God’s Word through these avenues. Suggested gift: $45.
